You retain all rights to the photos and collages you create using the App. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the App.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize the use of any photos you incorporate into collages created with the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER COLLAGE APP NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH COLLAGE APP MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE APP.
The App is intended for personal and entertainment use only. It is not intended to provide professional photography or design services.
IN NO EVENT WILL COLLAGE APP, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Collage App and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App or any part thereof.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the App. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Collage App regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
